Our Story

glacier-condor began in 2019 when a group of financial professionals noticed a troubling pattern: capable, intelligent adults struggling with basic money decisions simply because no one had ever taught them the fundamentals.

We established our Leicester academy with a clear mission: make financial education accessible, practical, and genuinely useful for people at every life stage.
