Cancellations received more than 14 days before course commencement will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of course commencement will receive course credit valid for 12 months. No refunds are available after a course has commenced.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative course placement will be offered.
